GoHighLevel AI Agent Setup & Automation Services

Give every enquiry a clear next step.

Help callers and message senders get answers, share their requirements, and move toward an appointment—with an AI agent connected to your business process.

I configure voice and messaging AI inside GoHighLevel, connecting conversations to contacts, calendars, pipelines, and follow-up workflows.

Start with your process

What should happen after the AI answers?

The setup starts with your business: what customers ask, what information you need, and when your team should take over.

The problem to solve

Your team cannot answer every enquiry immediately.

A customer calls while you are on another job. Someone sends a message after hours. A prospect asks about your service but needs help taking the next step.

Your AI setup needs clear instructions for those situations. What can it answer? Which questions should it ask? Should it offer an appointment, send a booking link, or pass the conversation to someone on your team?

I help define those decisions and connect them to the actions inside your CRM.

Service scope

What I can build for your business.

01

Voice AI for incoming calls

Give callers a structured first conversation based on your services and operating process. Depending on the scope, the agent can answer routine questions, collect enquiry details, support scheduling, and route calls to a person. We define its greeting, questions, approved information, and availability.

02

Messaging AI for customer enquiries

Set up Conversation AI across the supported channels connected to your account. The conversation can help customers understand your services, clarify requirements, and move toward speaking with the team or booking. Instructions include questions that need a person.

03

Appointment booking and calendars

Choose direct booking during the conversation or an SMS calendar-link approach. I connect the relevant booking events to confirmations, reminders, and pipeline updates. Sending a link should not mark an appointment as booked.

04

CRM and workflow connections

Connect agreed conversation outcomes to contact fields, notifications, opportunities, and follow-up workflows. That can mean recording the requested service, notifying the team, or updating an opportunity when a booking is created.

05

Human handoffs and fallback handling

Define when the agent should hand over, the destination it should use, and what happens if nobody is available. A callback request or internal notification can provide an honest next step, depending on the agreed setup.

06

Improvements to an existing AI setup

Review instructions, business information, connected calendars, workflow conditions, and handoffs. The starting point is the specific issue: what the agent said, what action should have followed, and what actually happened.

Real implementation

AI support for an agency’s roofing system.

For an agency’s roofing lead-generation project, I worked with the agency team to build a connected GoHighLevel system. The delivered scope included a landing page, forms, pipelines, emails, workflows, messaging AI, and an incoming-call AI agent.

The messaging agent responded to lead enquiries. On calls, the voice agent answered questions and asked whether the caller wanted to schedule. If they agreed, the system sent an SMS containing a GoHighLevel calendar link.

The customer then selected a time and completed the booking. This implementation used a booking link; the caller’s agreement or the sent SMS was not treated as a completed appointment.

The agency received documentation for the delivered system. Client and agency identities remain private.

Before the build

Make the important decisions first.

Decision
What we establish
The agent’s role
Answer enquiries, qualify prospects, support booking, or route conversations.
Approved information
Services, service areas, business hours, FAQs, and any pricing information it may share.
Required details
The information your team needs before the next step.
Booking rules
Correct calendar, booking approach, availability, and confirmation process.
Handoff rules
When a person should take over and what happens outside team availability.
Follow-up rules
What starts the sequence, what changes it, and what stops it.

Working together

How I approach your project.

01

Understand the scope

Share the requirements and whether you need a complete implementation or help with an existing setup. I review the customer journey, desired outcomes, and systems involved.

02

Confirm access, resources, and timeline

I need appropriate GoHighLevel access and the business information required for the agent: FAQs, service details, calendar requirements, example enquiries, and handoff destinations. Once the scope is clear, I provide the quote and timeline.

03

Configure conversations and connections

I build the agreed instructions and connect the relevant calendars, fields, notifications, and workflows. Conversation and CRM actions are designed together.

04

Test realistic situations

We check routine enquiries, missing details, requests for a person, unavailable slots, and questions outside the approved information. For booking, the check is that the appointment exists in the intended calendar—not just that the agent said it was booked.

05

Walkthrough and documentation

After delivery, I provide a walkthrough and documentation so your team understands the setup and how to manage it. Ongoing support and further improvements can be quoted separately.

Defined deliverables

Your quote sets the exact scope.

Platform subscriptions, phone usage, messaging, and applicable AI charges should be considered separately from implementation work.

Questions before you start

Frequently asked questions.

01

Can you work inside my existing GoHighLevel account?

Yes. I can work on an existing setup or build agreed components in a new account. I review the relevant connections before confirming the scope.

02

Can the AI book appointments directly?

Yes, where the supported booking actions and calendar configuration fit your requirements. We can also use a booking-link approach when that better suits your process.

03

Can it transfer a caller to my team?

Voice AI can be configured to transfer calls to a human phone number. We define when that should happen and the fallback if the team cannot answer.

04

Will it know everything about my business?

It needs approved information and clear instructions. We define what it can answer and how it should respond when information is missing or a request needs human judgment.

05

Can you fix an agent that is already running?

Yes. Share the issue and examples of the affected conversations. I can review the relevant configuration and quote for the changes needed.

06

Do you offer support after delivery?

Yes. The project includes the agreed walkthrough and documentation. Ongoing support and additional development can be quoted separately.
