A GoHighLevel Roofing Lead-Generation System Built for an Agency
Connecting enquiry capture, CRM pipelines, automated follow-up, and AI conversations in one system.
An agency approached me to build a GoHighLevel system it could offer to roofing businesses. I worked directly with its team to connect the enquiry journey with lead management and scheduling.

The requirement
One connected system. Several ways to enquire.
The agency wanted a system it could sell to roofing businesses. That meant connecting the page a prospect visited with the processes used to manage the resulting enquiry.
The setup needed to support people completing a form, sending a message, or calling the roofing business. Each interaction needed a useful next step: a CRM record, a response, or a way to choose a time.
The agency and its clients remain anonymous for confidentiality.
My implementation
From the first enquiry to the next step
Landing page and enquiry capture
I built the landing page and enquiry forms as the starting point for online leads. A submitted enquiry created an opportunity and triggered a confirmation email, giving the enquiry a place in the pipeline and acknowledging the submission.
CRM pipelines and lead management
I set up the work pipeline and automated lead and list management to organize incoming enquiries. Workflows connected the relevant actions across the system, supporting the process beyond initial lead capture.
AI messaging for incoming enquiries
The AI messaging agent automatically responded to lead queries. This provided a conversational route alongside the enquiry form, allowing leads to ask questions and receive an automated response.
AI calls and an SMS booking handoff
The voice agent answered incoming calls, responded to enquiries, and asked whether the caller wanted to schedule a call. When the caller agreed, the system automatically sent an SMS linking to the GoHighLevel calendar.

How the implemented system works
Three entry points, with a defined next step for each.
Diagram based on the delivered functionality described by Mohan Singh. The phone flow shows the caller-agrees path; it does not imply an appointment is booked before calendar selection.
The scheduling experience
Interest becomes a clear next action
Illustrative booking journey
A prospect calls the roofing business with an enquiry. The AI agent answers and asks whether they would like to schedule a call. The prospect agrees, and an SMS arrives with the booking link. They open the GoHighLevel calendar and select a suitable time.
An explanation of the implemented flow, rather than a transcript of a recorded call.
The scheduling distinction: agreeing to receive a booking link did not itself confirm an appointment. The lead completed scheduling in the GoHighLevel calendar.
Delivered scope
What the agency received
- Landing page and enquiry forms
- Work pipeline and automated lead and list management
- AI handling of incoming calls
- Integrations supporting the connected setup
- Opportunity creation and confirmation emails
- AI responses to incoming messages
- Automated SMS links to the GoHighLevel calendar
- Documentation explaining the setup and its use
The result was a connected system the agency could offer to roofing businesses, with lead capture, conversations, and scheduling supporting the same customer journey.
This case study describes delivered functionality. It does not report measured lead volumes, conversion rates, or revenue changes.
An implementation lesson
A booking journey needs a clear distinction between interest and completion.
Here, the AI agent identified a caller’s interest in scheduling and sent the next step by SMS. The caller still needed to select a time. Keeping that distinction clear helps define the agent’s wording, the customer’s expectations, and what counts as a completed appointment.
